When you are making your site using the Site Wizard you are able to add URLs and filenames of different kinds of media. This includes files that are stored locally on your computer. A good way to do this is to using the file explorer in Windows to go to the directory that contains the files you want to use. Highlight each one and then use copy (control/c) and paste (control/v) to copy the filename into the Site Wizard
