Currently Muse supports all Windows Media formats - including AVI/MPG/ASF/WMV/WMA/WAV/MP3 and Apple's QuickTime (MOV). One issue you might come across is that many of the Windows Media formats are containers for other compression schemes or codecs. An example of this is DivX (http://www.divx.com) which allows you to view high quality content but requires that you download and install a small application first. In order to view this content in Muse you will also need to download and install the software.
